Nancy Basenese has been a practicing Astrologer and Tarot reader for over 30 years, teaching, lecturing and working with clients in the northern New Jersey area.  Her approach is aimed at helping others understand their personal journey through various methods and modalities.  Among those, the astrological chart, forecasting techniques, and Tarot offer a unique perspective on that journey, and influences in effect at the time of the reading.  The client has the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the underlying spiritual purpose for their experiences.

She has completed a 12-semester course in Metaphysics and Parapsychology, as well as a series of lessons from the ancient mystery schools and Advanced Metaphysics.  Her studies continue as does her own journey.

She has taught Tibetan lessons for the Metaphysical Center of NJ and is a Past President of the North Jersey Chapter of the NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research).  She has lectured for the NCGR at their Educational Conference in Orlando, FL and for The Astrological and Metaphysical Arts & Sciences Symposium in Philadelphia, and is a frequent speaker at the North Jersey Chapter events. She maintains memberships in the NCGR and ISAR (International Society for Astrological Research).

Nancy is available for Astrology or Tarot readings on an appointment basis only, as well as for private parties.  Nancy's rate is $65 for a 30-minute reading.

If you have always been curious but skeptical, you are an excellent candidate for a reading at my table.  I have been offering readings via the mediums of Astrology and the Tarot for more than thirty-five years. 

My own curiosity and skepticism became a quest to know and understand the unseen world and senses we all innately know are true.  During those years I have been, and continue to be, both student and teacher of Metaphysics, Parapsychology, and Astrology. 

I have learned and experienced that, in fact, the world we cannot see or touch directly with the five senses, is rich, abundant, and intricate.  The Tarot and Astrology, while themselves a study, are also great mediums for the unseen energy and universal knowledge to become available to you, the seeker. 

There are many definitions for “medium,” but for my purposes, consider these:   A means or instrumentality for storing or communicating information and/or an intervening substance through which signals can travel as a means for communication

My method is simple … I center myself and connect to the universal energy and intelligence.  I ask directly for guidance to your (the seeker’s) greater good.  I ask to be directed to the knowledge that will most support your next steps forward. 

I do not have or retain that information, it is only you who knows your personal truth and path forward.  I simply use the foundation of years of study along with the tools of Astrology and/or the Tarot, as mediums.  Through those I bring the knowledge held by your higher self about your immediate future into the light.  Literally, we do it together.  I invite you to bring your curiosity and healthy skepticism to my table.
